How does it work?
Memberships open periodically for new photographers wishing to join.Whether you mainly shoot car racing events, motorbike racing, motocross, off-road, club track days etc. then we'd be keen to hear from you. We are also on the lookout for other sporting photographers, for example bmx, skateboarding, surfing, mountain-biking, rock climbing and so on.We have also recently been moving into areas of mainstream sports such as tennis and football.

Circlework does not employ any photographers. Circlework is a limited membership based club. All members run their own businesses seperately and are responsible for their own insurances and public liabilities. We are a group of like-minded photographers who work under the umbrella of a consolidated club. Our pricing to clients and product quality is uniformed and we enjoy the priviledge of being considered professionals in our field.

As we receive a large number of membership applications, and membership is limited, the team of current photographers review applications monthly and vote accordingly.

How much does it cost?
Signing up and uploading your photos is Free. We handle all of the sales, promotion and customer support and take 7% commission from your sales to cover ongoing costs and promotion.

What's in it for me?

1. Lots of eyes. We have over a million website hits per month. In Western Australia we are the number one visited site for sports photos and we are right up there as we move into the eastern seaboard.

2. Opportunities. Circlework are the official photographers for events such as the Targa West in WA and the Kidney Kar Rally in NSW. We are also the venue photographers for Barbagallo Raceway and Quit Motorplex for you drag racing fans. We have contacts with most venues and event organisers. We're approached regularly to cover events for promoters and media. Our members get first dibs on prospective jobs.

3. Media Outlets. We have our own regular online EZine that we publish and promote using our photographer's awesome images. Fancy yourself as a writer and photographer then we'll publish your words and/or photos - it's all experience towards being a professional sports photographer and that's the whole point. We also supply regularly to traditional newspapers and magazines both here in Australia as well as overseas.

4. Members-Only web forum. We have an extensive web forum which is only accessible by being a Circlework member.

5. Assistance gaining accreditation such as CAMS. Most of our members are accredited CAMS photographers and can help you find your feet in preparing submissions and choosing which images to present for consideration. We can also offer advice in other sporting fields to help you get the edge on your competitors.

6. Cool Stuff. Embroidered safety vests, business cards, shirts, jackets. Be part of the IN crowd ;)

Sure, you can go out on your own. That's fine and we wish you well. With Circlework, you're part of a collective of photographers who love what they do. Some are full time photographers, some are hobbyists, all of us share a common bond in striving for unique shots and angles and the ever elusive 'perfect' photo.

When do I get paid?
Your profit from the sales of your photos is paid to you once a month (sometimes sooner). You will be required to have a Paypal account have receive income transferred to.
